The project involved increasing the size of the original bungalow by adding an additional storey above. The bungalow had already been extended. The scope of works included construction drawings and structural design along with the Building Control requirements. The complex specification had to also take into account that the building would remain occupied throughout.

The lovely three-storey Edwardian terraced house had not been updated in over forty years. In addition to a complete re-wiring and re-plumbing of the house the project also included a two-storey extension, new garage building and remodelling the existing house. The scope of works provided covered every element of the project.
