The scope of works can be used as a tendering pack for potential contractors. It will form the basis of the contract between the client & builder. The application to Building Control may be submitted using this.

Estimating & Costing
We offer two levels of project costing.
Level 1 – Estimating
We can provide a robust estimate of the likely cost of the project. This estimating approach is based upon current rates for labour and materials contained within your project.
Level 2 – Quantity Surveyor Pricing.
This approach involves full quantity surveying analysis of the project and offers a higher degree of accuracy.
Contract Administration
- Assist in the selection of the preferred contractor.
- Check pertinent qualifications, insurances & standards attainment.
- Request, take up & verify references.
- Select & recommend the appropriate form of contract.
- Draw up the contract to be used with the selected contractor.
- Agree the project timetable with the selected contractor & embed this as part of the contract.
- Driven by the agreed project timetable develop the valuation & payment schedule for the project & include this as part of the contract.
- Contract finalisation.
